Distracted — Dim light, visualize What’s immediately important

Fatigued — Raise legs on the wall

Grief — Shut the mouth, Close the Nostrils

Mental Block — Stroll, Walk

Overthinking- Pursue urgent tasks

Scared — Slow, Deep Breathing

Unhappy — Run, Exercise

Worried — Change the location / Place

Save it, and use it as a Ready Reckoner, When an emotion strikes, one becomes the Slave rather than the master of the Emotion.
